How activation works

When you buy, a licence key arrives by email. The first time the product starts it asks for that key once, checks it against activate.zinuxtech.com, and never asks again on that machine.

No internet on the machine? Copy the code the activation screen shows you, email it to us, and we send back an offline unlock code. Same licence, no connection needed.

Reinstalls and new machines

Reinstalling on the same machine works with the same key, as many times as you need. Moving to a new machine: email us with your key and we release the old activation so the key works on the new one. One licence is active on one machine at a time.

Updates

Updates within the same major version are included: 1.0 to 1.9 costs nothing. A new major version is a new purchase, with a discount for existing customers.

What you may and may not do

• Install on the machine or server the licence covers and use it for your own business.
• Back it up, move it, inspect the code, and adapt it for your own use.
• Do not resell, redistribute or offer it as a hosted service to third parties.
• Do not remove or bypass the activation.

Refunds

Every product has a live demo so you can try before paying. If the product does not install on a machine that meets the listed requirements and we cannot fix it with you, we refund in full within 14 days of purchase.
